A Quarter of a Century of Expertise in Online Business 25 Years Summarised

For over 25 years, we have been working in the field of web development, initially as a unit of an advertising agency and finally as an independent company. From the beginning, our focus has been on developing individual and bespoke solutions. In the early 2000s, we developed the first custom web booking engine for Kempinski based on the PMS Micos Fidelio, a solution specifically designed for medium-sized hotel chains looking for a tailored web booking software.

Spin-off from ennit AG

Acquisition of the majority shares of ennit AG by an investor and spin-off of ennit interactive GmbH from the previous corporate group. ennit AG will be dissolved just one year later.

The ennit AG is founded as the umbrella of the former E-Formation Group. From the E-Formation GmbH, ennit interactive GmbH is established as one of 4 companies, a 50% subsidiary of ennit AG

Spin-off of the web unit from the advertising agency and establishment of the new media agency E-Formation GmbH together with the internet provider TNG under the umbrella of the E-Formation Group
